Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Serves: 2

½ cup Old Fashion Rolled Oatmeal

½ cup 100% Puree Pumpkin

1 tsp chia seeds

1 cup milk (soy, almond, or any nut milk)

⅛ tsp nutmeg

⅛ tsp cinnamon

Optional

Toppings:

Pecan

Granola

Crushed graham crackers

Dried fruits

Honey (to taste)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or cup with lid and stir well.

Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or leave overnight.

When serving, add any optional toppings to taste.
