- 1 can of tuna in water
- Whole wheat or multigrain Bread
- Light mayo
- 1 can of Great Northern Beans
- Salt & Pepper
First, open the can of tuna and place it in a bowl. Add some light mayo, salt, and pepper (you can also add scallions and chopped tomato), mix it all together and place it in the refrigerator.
Next, slice some bread and place it in the toaster for a few minutes until it is lightly toasted. When done, spread hummus evenly on all the slices. Then remove your tuna from the fridge and put it on the bread on top of the hummus.
Next, lightly drizzle pesto sauce on top of each of the slices of bread. Then, top off the sandwich by adding some of the beans to the top. Squeeze some lemon on top, slice up some cucumber or make a small salad on the side, and enjoy!
